Report:

1. The shop sells both high-quality and economy class cigarettes. On the whole, everything is normal as well as official, although it is unknown what some sorts are sold for – probably, for an assortment.

2. In general Ican observe an average price segment, there are some significantly expensive but not always reasonable prices (but not many). There is the system of discounts for wholesale purchases, but it does not extend to all assortment goods, only to some article sorts.

3. Unfortunately, IMO, delivery has the shortcomings – carried only in large cities. MTF, there are additional requirements: for example, if you want to get an order somewhere in province –not less than 2-3 weeks are required and the sum of parcel must be not lower than the indicated number. IRL it is not always convenient.

4. IMHO, on the whole,everything is normal, although I have such a feeling that managers tend to be in a hurry all the time. Answer confusedly, not always clearly – it is necessary to ask again. MTF, sometimes a feeling that they have superficial information happens to arise.

5. Unique failing – there are not all payment forms which cannot be regarded as gr8. IMCO, I did not like, for example, that there isn’t Yandex-money (many users prefer this system).

6. The navigation haven’t impressed very much – difficult, a lot of superfluous clicks must be made. TILII, it will be essential to break one’s mind fulfilling the order form. But on the whole, the site is tolerant.

7. IC that concomitant goods are widely presented, but somehow not systematically, there are goods which I’d search in such a store in no way. As for accessories – it is possible to make a wider assortment.

8. In principle, the disputable issues are decided, but somehow not fast and not always easily. The money can sometimes not go back in the terms which are indicated on the site.

9. OTOH, practically all types of cards are used, like Visa, American Express, Master Card. All.

In principle, there are more positive moments, although there are some shortcomings in service. If they don’t frighten you – you can work with this shop!
